At Crossover Notary, I offer comprehensive Notary Services, Certified Wedding Officiant Services and Loan Signing Agent.
As your Wedding Officiant, my goal is to make your special day unforgettable. I am a non-denominational wedding officiant ordained by the Universal Life Church and Florida licensed to perform wedding ceremonies. At Crossover Notary LLC, I specialize in crafting weddings tailored to your love story. I professionally deliver with deep presence and sincerity. This is the most important day of your life. As a Notary and Loan Signing Agent, I proactively monitor transaction timelines and deadlines to ensure compliance. Address any potential issues that may arise during the transaction process. My mission is to simplify the complexity of the documents and make it easy for you, the client. My attention to detail and friendly demeanor makes every signing a smooth process. I can demonstrate how to unlock the power of everyday interactions with each client by making your experience extraordinary. Cancellation Policy
We understand that plans can change, and we strive to be as accommodating as possible while respecting our time and commitment to all clients.
Deposits & Payments
- A non-refundable deposit is required to secure all bookings. No exception
- This deposit reserves your date and time and will be applied toward your total balance.
Cancellations
- Cancellations made 15 days or more prior to the scheduled appointment/event may be eligible for a partial refund (excluding the deposit).
- Cancellations made less than 14 days in advance are non-refundable.
Rescheduling
- One complimentary reschedule is allowed if requested at least 48 hours in advance, subject to availability.
- Requests made less than 48 hours before the appointment may incur a rescheduling fee.
No-Shows
- Failure to appear at the scheduled time without prior notice will result in forfeiture of all payments.
Late Arrivals
- A grace period of 15 minutes for any Notary or Loan Signing Services appointments. After that, the appointment is subject to cancellation. No Refunds
- A grace period of 30 minutes is allowed. After that, the scheduled wedding ceremony script will be changed/shortened for time purposes at Officiant's discretion. No Refunds
- Additional feels will be applied for any wedding ceremony starting 45 minutes or later.
